Troubleshooting check scanners.
If using Google Chrome make sure that the chrome extension Cachet Clickonce is installed from the chrome web store
Confirm that the drivers are installed
Go to start, look for add remove programs
Look for panini drivers or TellerScan Combined Driver
Delete the 2.0 folder
Find the user that is signed on the computer (start menu- look for logged on customer)

C: drive
Users
Logged in user folder
(make sure hidden folders are visable)
AppData
Local
Apps
If these dont resolve the issue, delete the drivers, reinstall, and reinstall the chrome extension (if using chrome)
